We base the cost of shipping on the total cost of the order. We've included a chart for your convenience.

DELIVERY WITHIN THE UNITED STATES(EXCEPT ALASKA AND HAWAII)
Most orders ship within 3-7 business days from the date the order is placed. Some items that are handmade may require additional time,which is indicated on the specific item. We ship via UPS, Fed Ex and US postal Service. Delivers can not be made to a PO Box. Please provide us with a valid street address.

DELIVERY TO CANADA, ALASKA AND HAWAII
Most orders ship within 3-7 business days from the date the order is placed. Some items that are handmade may require additional time, which is indicated on the specific item. Items will be shipped via the Postal Service.

DELIVERY TO OUTSIDE NORTH AMERICA
Please e-mail for postal charges via the Postal Service.

RUSH ORDERS
In the event you would like a Rush Order, please call us at 845-248-0734 or e-mail jcfavors07@yahoo.com. We will do everything possible to accommodate you.

ITEMS That Are OUT OF STOCK
If an item is not in stock when you place the order you will be notified via e-mail or telephone as to when the item becomes available. If you can not wait until the item is back in stock and cannot find an item on the web site to replace it you will receive a full refund on you order.

Returns

If you need to return merchandise, it MUST be returned within 5 days. First please e-mail at jcfavors07@yahoo.com for a Return Authorization, then ship to our address. The merchandise must be in original condition and packaging. We will credit for the value of the merchandise only- round trip freight must be at your expense. There are no returns on personalized items.

Damages

We will issue a credit or send a replacement. However you must provide us with Photos to show the damage. Please e-mail photos to jcfavors07@yahoo.com. Once the photos are reviewed and approved we will send out a replacement order.We will not be responsible for any air charges necessary to get you the replacement in time for your affair.
All claims must be made within 5 days of receiving the merchandise. No claims will be accepted after 5 days.
